Looking for someone to join our fast growing and highly active customer success team. As a customer success associate, you will be expected to:

  • Communicate regularly with our customers, via email, phone, and occasionally in-person, based upon the customer’s needs
  • Work with users around the world to quickly and effectively resolve their issues, from answering simple questions to diagnosing bugs
  • Document and report software issues to the engineering team, while offering context and suggestions
  • Have a high degree of urgency with respect to customer success and resolving inquires

Requirements we’re looking for:

Klyck is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Representative (ADR) with a passion for technology and an interest in sales enablement for Industrial Technology companies. Account Development Representatives are the first point of contact for the vast majority of expansion opportunities and continuously build their pipeline within the Klyck’s client base.

As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling product demonstrations between client non-users and Klyck’s Account Executives. ADR’s will work closely and collaborate with Account Executives to strategically target opportunities for growth within the Klyck client base. The ADR’s will develop a deep knowledge of the accounts they support, their client’s industry/sector as well as their business needs to drive revenue growth for Klyck

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Make prospecting activities within the Klyck CRM to identify prospects opportunities
  • Identify and assign leads per standardized qualified lead criteria and best practices
  • Help prospects identify the need for change that will lead to increased sales productivity for their business
  • Qualify and develop new contacts within defined prospects and accounts
  • As the first point of contact with our prospects, establish a positive relationship and experience
  • Create and develop account profiling while building customer/prospect relationships for assigned accounts
  • In conjunction with the Sales Channel, initiate, develop and manage outbound opportunity discovery calls and email campaigns
  • Follow up on sales activities in a timely, organized manner
  • Track activities and maintain relevant information in the CRM system
  • Learn in depth about Klyck products and key value propositions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of outbound sales experience preferably working in SaaS or B2B sales
  • A client first attitude and desire to engage prospective new users for account expansion
  • Skilled at discovering new leads through research and developing relationships with prospects through consultative selling
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid growth
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Comfortable making cold contact with client non-users over phone, LinkedIn and email
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A BA / BS degree
